System and Planning Division which as one of the most essentials divisions in Monenco Iran consists of 6 departments as follow;
International Business Development Department is responsible for the works related to international business partnerships, marketing, proposals, tenders, business plans and registering companies in abroad.
This department covers all works related to users support, networks, development and management of software systems, supervision of 3D designs.
Control and Monitoring Department is responsible for planning, monitoring and controlling of projects focusing on cost and time as well as planning and monitoring the activities related to Engineering Division.
Strategic Planning and Budgeting Department covers all works related to document control, library and document center, annual budgeting, strategic planning, company annual development plan, knowledge managements and Developing Systems and Methods.
Domestic Business Development Department is responsible for the works related to local business partnerships, marketing, proposals, tenders and rankings.
In this department all works related to Quality Management System (QMS) in terms of quality improvement and customer satisfaction, Health, Safety & Environment in terms of personnel health, safety and environmental requirements are performed in the form of Integrated Management System and excellence model.
